Any disputes will be resolved via binding arbitration (subject to local law) or through the small-claims court in the applicable jurisdiction.

You waive your right to class-action suits if arbitration applies.

The Service is offered globally. If you access it from outside our home jurisdiction, you agree to comply with local laws.

15. Severability

If any part of these Terms is invalid or unenforceable, the remainder remains in effect.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms (plus Privacy Policy and other referenced documents) represent the entire agreement between you and Unklass regarding the Service, superseding all prior agreements.
